My investigation adopt the demonstration research method, make a investigation on Z university, S university, J college, N university, G university capital instruction archives management current situation, Comparison analysis common existing problems, to give some pointed and maneuverability advise to make a cross-reference .The research of this paper mainly adopts the method of case studies, and that of the comparative study; and meanwhile, it also combines various methods of using resources, questionnaires and interviews, and so it is a multivariate and in an all-round research. The general way of researching is: on one hand, the author has studied all kinds of resources; on the other hand, she has also done a lot of case studies in management current situation. Comparison analysis common existing problems and give some pointed and maneuverability advise.The paper falls into four chapters. Chapter One summed up the value, background, concept, objectives, methods of this research. Besides this, through the study and analysis of relevant thesis, this research formed its own value and originality.Chapter Two adopts interview, questionnaire survey and case study methods, to present J college's capital instruction management current situation and comparison analysis some effect and existing problems.Chapter Three is adopts interview, questionnaire survey methods, to present N, Z, S, G university capital instruction management current situation in Jiangshu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi province and compare with J college, elicits university capital instruction management objectivity common existing problems .Chapter Four is the core part of the paper. Through analysis of university capital instruction management objectivity common existing problems, elicit some correlative and practical countermeasure.
