In the semester period of the last century, the theory of Western Educational Administration is developed fast and formed three tributaries which consisted in Scientism, Humanism and Natural Coherentism. It makes a systemic analysis for the theory of Natural Coherentism which inquired in the way of lectures research and approach research.There are four parts in this treatise.The first part is the preface which has told many aspects of the treatise, including the background of the topic, the aim, the problem, the significance, the thinking and the approach of the research.The second part is the social background and ideology which leads to the theory of Western natural coherentism.It initially introduces the society situation in which the theory appears and secondly ideology foundation consisted of the knowledge foundation of philosophy andcognitive psychology.The third part is the content of Western Natural Coherentism Educational Administration, including representative figures and the main content.The forth part is the assessment and analysis of the theory of Western Natural Coherentism Educational Administration.
