With the rapid development of information technology, the application of information technology not only confined to the technology industry, in other categories of administrative management is playing a more and more important role. In school education administration management, information technology has been widely used, the school administration has had many influences, worthy of attention and study.This paper focuses on the Wuhai City elementary and middle schools education administration in the use of information technology, links to other data, this paper analyzes the school administration in the information technology application. It was found that the school in many aspects of the administration of the use of information technology, such as teaching management, student management, performance management, staff management, asset management, campus campus information release system, the system function is better, can effectively solve the traditional school management drawbacks, such as optimization of school administration decision, enhance the school administrative organization organizational performance, promote the administrative idea innovation, improvement of school administrators and the concept of quality, improve the school teaching, administrative quality and so on, but the author through a questionnaire survey, and interview way, understand the situation, in the analysis of survey data on the basis of, found some problems, mainly include:the problem of waste of resources function, dependent on technology, waste of transition, the related system construction is not perfect, personnel quality is not high, the administration of network construction is not perfect. Schools need to improve thought knowledge, from their own actual situation, multi-level implementation of information technology planning, strengthen system construction, for the management of information technology is utilized to provide strong support, change idea, innovation and standard management, strengthen the management of staff training, integration of resources and constantly improve the utilization rate of information technology, the overall planning according to the planning, management functions, improve the management and use of network technology ability; through these measures of information technology to improve office efficiency and benefit.This article is divided into six chapters, the first chapter of introduction, presents the research background, research status, the purpose and significance of the paper, the main research methods. The second chapter educational administration research related theory analysis, the definition of the related concepts, and gives the research of relevant theoretical basis, and explain the connection. The third chapter discusses the design of questionnaire, including the support of information technology education administrative management performance indicators, information technology aided administration mainly, questionnaire design. The fourth chapter is the Wuhai municipal education administrative ability investigation analysis, from the management of their condition and the school two aspects to carry on the analysis. The fifth chapter of the Wuhai municipal education administrative ability of information technology training countermeasures for the problems discovered in the investigation, and gives practical solutions. The sixth chapter conclusion, put forward oneself about information technology in school dministration suggestion.
