The world history opened an epoch—the globalization ages arrives with the new centuries'coming.Following that,the"indigenization"problem stands out gradually.But the problem is that people usually have different ideas to the concept of"indigenization".At the same time,the educational administration of China attach itself much to the academic research of west developed country.The subject of educational administration had self - colonized badly and the schools have more and more the same characteristics with the administration and business enterprise.The relations of theories and practice are becoming the best tensional all-time and the"original"thing of educational administration and the indigenous words of actors which comes from the practice are always covered by"pure academic research and terms".So this paper has double aims.One is to construct a new definition for the indigenization of educational administration throw multianalysis,the other is to response to the practical problems.I will analyze the problems throw the international relations, domain relations and the"theories to practice"relations.This paper is along with the clue of"conception parse - background analysis - problem examining - strategy choice".And I will analyze the problems in four parts.Part1: criticizing the quondam definitions and researching a new connotation for the indigenization of educational administration throw multianalysis.Part2: looking back the century process of the indigenization of Chinese educational administration and explain the inevitability of which in the globalization ages.Part3: examining the non-indigenization phenomena throw the international relations, domain relations and the"theories to practice"relations and make a profound analysis to these problems.Which is the pith of this paper.Part4: studying the strategy choice about the indigenization of Chinese educational administration such as constructing indigenous words,respecting actors, creation,making international academic communions and having interdisciplinary academic dialogues,and deriving worthy thought resources from traditions.
