How Do School Administrators Mobilize Teachers' Enthusiasm

The article mainly applies the incentive theory and method of modern management science, analyses teachers' initiative situations and reasons in the middle school and primary school and proposes a method and a strategy of giving full play to teachers' initiative. The author searched a great deal of reference books , integrated with practical work, made a reference to Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ), Motivation Preference Inventory and some related questionnaires, the author made Middle School Teachers' Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and Job Satisfaction Statistics in person. Through the survey, the study reveals that the non-social factors of impact on teachers' enthusiasm is mainly:1. Incentive mechanism is imperfect at schools, and it cannot mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers effectively.2. The way to teachers' evaluation is not scientific, it is lack of Persuasive power in a way.3. Teachers' pressure is increasing , resulting in many psychological problems.4. School administrators' management methods are too traditional, the methods are lack of modern consciousness and humanistic care.5. Democratic management is a mere formality, teachers are lack of a sense of ownership on the responsibility of school principals .6. The new curriculum reform and new teacher-student relationship make some teachers reduce adaptability.According to the findings, the authors propose the following measures.1 .Establishing a scientific incentive mechanism is guarantee of increasing the enthusiasm of teachers.2.Perfect teaching management system is quite important concerning to increasing the enthusiasm of teachers3.Teachers' mental health and mental pleasure should be valued, and teachers' professional happiness index should be improved.4.Teachers' sense of ownership should be trained and teachers' political and economic status should effectively improve. 5. The vital interests of teachers should be concerned about and good material living environment should be created because of the improving enthusiasm of teachers.6.The conditions should be created in order to meet the spiritual needs of teachers7. Managers should improve their own quality, emphasize leadership and inspire the enthusiasm of teachers.
