China is under the special background of social transformation now, and social morals order has a significant revolution: in positive side, human's morals mentality and behavioral characters are changing from sham to true, from false to fact, from closed to open, from single to complex, and from rely on others to independent; oppositely, in negative side, some positive factors of traditional morals are forgot. The philistine short-term tendency that few social members go in for dreamboat is appearing; the conditions that eager for quick success and instant benefit, money worship, and gastronomy are prevail; some guiltily social phenomenon recur such as bigamy, concubine, the prostitution patronizes prostitutes, outside the marriage sentiment, drugs, heist, steal, cheating, counterfeit, power abusing and so on. Even for the teacher and parents, in one hand, do not trust the content of morals, have some difficulty in estimating their own morals, thus the difficult choices occur when they teach; In another hand, have some important effects on the college students who on the key period of moral socialization, bemusement and maze in value notion of college students occur in this process, hence the phenomena which lack or immoderacy of moral socialization takes place. According to the factors we describe above, the research about the relationship between surrounding and growth of college students, especially the college students moral socialization's effects from surrounding morals, is an extremely important challenge for the educators. In this paper, we start with the research about the demonstration of this problem. In the research process, we use some relatively methods and theories in education, sociology and education sociology, construct a model to analyze the theories of this problem. The objective of this to improve and force the construct of surrounding moral for the growth of college students.
