This paper make use of six questionnaires of high school in FuZhou and the interview of university graduate students, generalized the university student the new problems in job choosing, On this foundation, using the related theories and methods of the sociology, result in for university student choosing job problem have many factors, such as family, school, social occupation evaluation, social values and the social culture mental state...etc. The paper emphasize that under the new situation, the problem that resolves the university student to choose job is not only reform current occupation in high school ,the key is speed up the university student skills through various ways, enhance its society orientation ability. The paper inquiries into choosing job of the university student ,high school education how promote university student, the acculturation puts forward the homologous counter plan, wishing resolve the problem of university student choosing job ,at the same time, provide a correspond ways.
