Innovation Of College Students' Community Management From The Perspective Of Youth Socialization

College students’ community, as the main place for college students’ study and life, plays an important role in students’career and personal development. It is place for youth to learn not only vocational skills, but also develop their moral and religious values, enhance the ideological awareness and understand the social role in their own group and the society. In today’s society, grasping the technical knowledge has no longer been the sole reason of entering college. Instead, the college life, a gem itself, unconsciously encourages important soft-skills development:personal attitudes towards things, problems analyzing and solving. These are also plays an important part of socialization among youths. As such, the meaning of college students’ community is to help them with socialization. At present, it is still in the dormitory-center level focusing on students’ daily life. Compared with western universities, it is necessary to change, innovate and improve the policies, administration, methods, and measures of the management system. Therefore, this study is to define the college community, clarify its components characteristics, then find out the negative effects in college students’ community and analyze how those effects impact youth socialization. Finally, the author will be putting forward the constructive and innovation suggests to promote and improve the management of college students’ community.The dissertation includes five chapters.Chapter one:IntroductionChapter one mainly elaborates the background of "college students’ community management innovation in a perspective youth socialization", explains the purpose, significance and research method of this thesis. The paper analyzed both local and overseas literature works to bring forward its innovation points.Chapter two:The theory insight of youth socialization and college students’ community.This chapter identifies the definition, content and the approach of youth socialization, from the innovation of social management to community management innovation, this process brings out the definition of college students’ community. At the end of this chapter, author compares the difference between the common community and college students’ community. Chapter three:The analysis of present situation and the potential risk of college students’community management.This chapter includes five elements of community, space and facilities, personnel, policies and regulations, cultural environment and network, and the analysis of youth socialization currently, potential threat and influence.Chapter four:The innovation of college students’community management.Based on the previous chapters, the author puts forward her own understanding and definition of "community management innovation" in universities, combines examples of domestic and foreign, puts forward new measures of college students’ community management.Chapter five:conclusionThe author summaries the significance of the college community, and through visual images, elaborates the ideal of college students’community and operation mode of college students’ community management.
