On The Development Of The Teacher Evaluational System

Teacher evaluation is the important factor of affecting teacher development and growth. Proper evaluation can inspire enthusiasm of the work of teachers and encourage teachers to make constant progress. Evaluation is the part of the curriculum reform, for the effective implementation of the new curriculum and provided guarantees.
