Teacher evaluation is the important factor of affecting teacher development and growth. Proper evaluation can inspire enthusiasm of the work of teachers and encourage teachers to make constant progress. Evaluation is the part of the curriculum reform, for the effective implementation of the new curriculum and provided guarantees. With the basic education curriculum reform in the in-depth development of the country, the old teacher evaluation system is no longer suited to the requirements of the new reform, teacher evaluation of the concept of development has been increasingly widespread concern.Teacher Evaluation stressed that the development of the evaluation of teachers should run through the whole education process, the evaluation of teachers and day-to-day work of education and teaching combined with emphasis on evaluation of the targets of respect for teachers in the evaluation of outstanding principal position and advocated teachers self-reflection; emphasis on teachers undertake a comprehensive evaluation, attention to individual differences .It stressed that the purpose of the evaluation is to promote the improvement and development, and ultimately promote the development of the entire education system.This paper described the development of the comprehensive evaluation of teachers on the basis of theory, analysis of the current teacher evaluation system for the existing problems and the corresponding solutions.This paper consists of three components:The first part of the introduction of the topics introduced it in this paper origins, significance and topics such as research methodology.
