The continuous advancement of education informatization has accelerated the process of education reform in our country.The ever-changing technology has deeply integrated with the elements and links of the education system,giving birth to a new education style,bringing about the reorganization of teaching processes and education ecology structure.This puts forward higher requirements for the information-based teaching of teachers in the new era.Teachers must not only have the skills and literacy to use information technology to optimize teaching,but also need to infiltrate information technology into a series of elements such as teaching willingness,teaching concepts,teaching implementation,and even teaching evaluation.In this paper,the wisdom of using information technology to solve complex teaching problems,that is,the wisdom of informatization teaching,is to respond to the educational laws and ecology of the new era.This research is based on the innovative cultivation project,targets the informatization teaching wisdom generation of future teachers—Pre-service teachers,takes the "modern educational technology" curriculum of normal colleges and universities as the field,and aims to focus on the classroom environment,classroom teaching,and learning methods,starting with a series of interrelated elements such as learning evaluation,reengineering the teaching process,and reorganizing the teaching structure,so that Pre-service teachers can "learn by doing" from a real perspective,understand,and use information-based teaching in different situations,values,and cultural orientations.The training of Pre-service teachers no longer revolves around the knowledge acquisition of informatization teaching,but the wisdom of using information technology to solve complex teaching problems.Promoting the wisdom generation of Pre-service teachers is in itself the unswerving pursuit of education,and the return of the ancient ideas and values of education.Based on this,this research is guided by Feng Qi’s "wisdom theory",Schoen’s reflective practice theory,and Engstrom’s activity theory,and takes design-based research as the basic paradigm,and proposes two clues to advance the research: One is the generation path,and the other is the activity design.To provide a basis for improvement,the latter in turn promotes the improvement of the former.The research is mainly divided into the following four parts.The first part is the generation framework of information teaching wisdom for Pre-service teachers.This part is based on Feng Qi’s "wisdom theory".First,through literature research,this paper analyzes the connotation and representation of wisdom,and defines the concepts of wisdom,teaching wisdom,and information teaching wisdom.Secondly,on the basis of combing the essential attributes and performance characteristics of informatization teaching wisdom,it explains the specific meaning and dimensional structure of the informatization teaching wisdom of Pre-service teachers.Then,it introduces "conversion into wisdom" to analyze the generation link of Fansheng’s informatizaon teaching wisdom.From the dimensions of connotation structure and generation path,a model of information-based teaching wisdom for Pre-service teachers is constructed with "knowledge elements,skill elements,willingness,and thinking" as the bottom and "practical application,critical synthesis,and rational reflection" as the edge.The second part is the research design of the information-based teaching wisdom generation for Pre-service teachers.With the generation path as the main line,based on the guidance of reflective practice theory,firstly,a design prototype including the teaching process,intervention strategy,and the generation of teacher student information teaching wisdom that can be supported by the environment is formed.Secondly,with Engstrom‘s activity theory as a guide,the primary,advanced,and high-level activity system that supports the generation of informatization teaching wisdom for Pre-service teachers is constructed,and the activity are designed from the core elements and supporting elements.Finally,based on the triangular mutual evidence paradigm,the evaluation and design of the generation of informatization teaching wisdom of Pre-service teachers from research tools such as questionnaire surveys,classroom observations and in-depth interviews are conducted.The third part is the iterative optimization of the informatization teaching wisdom generation of Pre-service teachers.According to the research paradigm based on design,the generation link of the information teaching wisdom of Pre-service teachers is decomposed into three sub-researches.On the basis of resource construction and problem demand analysis,a two-semester nested overall iterative design is carried out.First of all,a sub-study is carried out with the content of "Instructional Design Research Learning Program" for normal students in primary education,geographic science(excellent classes),and mathematics and applied mathematics(publicly funded normal students): the practical application link iterative optimization.Secondly,a sub-study is carried out with the content of "the design and production of teaching courseware": the iterative optimization of critical synthesis links.Finally,with normal students majoring in Chinese language and literature as the target,the sub-study is completed with the content of "the short story "Wolf" in classical Chinese: the iterative optimization of rational reflection.At the same time,the intervention strategy proposed in this study is implemented in the iterative design,and each iteration follows the process of "design,implementation,reflection,and correction".In the real classroom,the generation path is the goal,the evidence-based evaluation is carried out,and the intervention strategy is further optimized based on the problems found.The fourth part is the research results of the information-based teaching wisdom generation of Pre-service teachers.Through multiple rounds of iterative optimization of real classrooms,the research results of the wisdom generation of informatization teaching for Pre-service teachers are finally obtained from the two levels of theory and practice.Among them,the theoretical discoveries include the power source,the internal mechanism,the three stages of "self-action,self-consciousness,and freedom" and the overall model for the generation of informatization teaching wisdom.The practical results mainly include instructional design schemes and intervention strategies for the generation of informationized teaching wisdom for Pre-service teachers composed of instructional design processes and structured instructional models.These provide references for cultivating Pre-service teachers’ "conversion of knowledge into wisdom".
