Reading is a necessary ability which appears in people's studying, working ,and living. The teaching of reading, therefore, is the emphasis of School education. Students'cultural accumulation and construction mostly depend on extracurricular reading. Therefore,"Chinese Course Standard(trial version)"definitely requests that"Students from Grade 7 to Grade 9 should make their own reading plans, read various kinds of materials. The total sum of it should be not less than 2,600,000 characters, including two or three famous works."Teaching of Extended reading, means in the teaching of Chinese reading, from class to Extra-curricular, from campus to society, Intensive and will extend text books combine extensive reading, Expand the scope of students reading, expand knowledge horizons of Students, enlightenment their thinking, students keen interest in reading and good reading habits, improve their Chinese language literacy, and ultimately contributed to the quality of students good reading of the form, for lifelong learning and lay a solid foundation.This paper based on the " Chinese Course Standard " (trial version) requirements, forefront of the contemporary world is teaching learning theories in connection with the author of language teaching in junior high school experience, made two extended to the teaching of reading strategies On this basis, this paper summed up the extension of reading teachers guiding two methods.In the evaluation of Extended reading education, the evaluation criteria must be implemented diversified, open, dynamic and comprehensive principles. Construction of teachers and students should be engaged in a dialogue evaluation common concept to guide the students to participate in the process of evaluation, the evaluation process has become the process of teachers and students work together and promote eachother.
