Research On The Features And Influential Elements Of The Postgraduates' Sports Training In Changchun

Based on the researching methods like shifting theory, referring to material, surveying and mathematical accounting, this essay makes a deep research and investigation upon the features and influential elements of the post graduates'sports training in Changchun. The result shows: firstly the sports training activity of post graduates in changchun has a phasic characteristic. Post graduates from different grades of different genders has an almost the same training habits, with a character of"focus on both beginning and ending but ignore the process part". Secondly the sports training activity of post graduates in changchun has a dynamic character. Most post graduates from grade one and two who built a habit of sports training earlier tend to give it up or conduct it not habitually. Thirdly the training situation among boys is better than that among girls. Fourthly the training level of post graduates in changchun has a positive connection with there interests, needs, attitudes and motivations. Fifthly shortage of space and equipments has always been a crucial disadvantage that slow down the improvement of post graduates'sports training.1 researching basementWith the expending of post graduates'recruitment and the deepening of the reformation of college education, there are some unsatisfactory places in post graduates'education.(1)colleges pay more attention to the education and improvement of students'major skills but less to the physical training and sporting capability , hence lots of post graduates are in the situation of"intellectual upward and physical descending". All of this leads to the unbalanced educational progress and many problems in there healthy situations.(2) now days people are calling for life-long sporting, but after a 16-years physical training education, once they enter into post graduate phase ,most of them would never receive sporting education because of busy studying and imperfect organization of college sporting education. So it's hard to build a habit of life-long sporting.(3) the modern society is flying forward ,as a post graduate in 21th century ,it is hard to imagine how to put the mission of building a prosperous country on his shoulder with an unhealthy body. A survey shows"among the learned people in colleges and research centers,60% of them have several illnesses and the average age is 58.52 with ten years under the country's". it's an absurd phenomenon to see those learned people with such a short life. as the elite class in the future,post graduates'healthy situation should draw the attention from very walk of society.2 researching purposeThe college sporting education should erect a guiding view that health comes first.it's necessary for colleges to strengthen students'idea of life-long sporting and help them to master these basic sports skills and build a habit of keep doing exercises in order to put themselves into the modernization progress with excellent major skills and sound healthy bodies. Since post graduates'sports training is so important for the development of their mind and bodies, it's not only the social requirement to do research upon it but also the need to help them to form a life-long sporting idea. Based on the character of post graduates'sports training in changchun, through the theory of activity transaction and investigation of it's phasic character and influential elements, my research aims at discovering problems and providing some suggestion and advices in order to enhance the development of college sporting education. Then I hope to help officials with references and proofs to conduct useful policies about post graduates'sporting education. Besides this research also tends to help the colleges'courses reformation. At last my research could help the implementing of<> and conduction of sunshine sports so that we can build a harmonious atmosphere for the Olympic Games.
