During the later period of Qing dynasty and the beginning of Republic of China, Chinese progressives began to take the female's right seriously and advocated female education since effected by the development of capitalism industry and commerce and western culture educational thought. With the trend of Constitutional Reform and Modernization thought being on the rise, the female education had been taken seriously during the period of Qing dynasty later period. At that time, the motion of female education had been formed. The educational thought of power industry had sprung up simultaneously. Therefore, Chinese national industry got prompt development during that period. Foreign mission went deeply into China, their religion schools absorb the daughter child, the church girl's school that the person initiates had initiated the wind of Chinese female vocational education, also had boosted development of female occupation. The thought of Chinese female vocational education in the modern times came into being under this background greatly.At that time, leading exponent of the female vocational education thinkers had KangYouwei , Liang Qichao , Huang Yan Pei , Cai Yuanpei , Lv Bicheng, Lu Feikui, Luo Zhenyu, Zhang Jian, Cheng Difan, Zou Taofen who had all made themselves original views respectively from the female Vocational education's significance,its initiating way and establishing the female vocational education's difficulty and the like.The thinker's female vocational education theory had formed more entire ideological system mainly about it. These thought was beneficial to emancipation of women and the changing of social concept. It had provided the guiding theory for the development of the female vocational education at that time, it still had meaning for the development of woman vocational education in the nowadays. Today, the social has developed very well, the economic independence is already no longer a problem to most women, and the real problem is: whether the female can through the economic independence to display her ability that oneself creates and the value of life promoting herself or not as well as how to do that. The female has still been very perplexed on this problem, so, the economic independence has not been brought into full display for boosting a female developing. Even it has appeared such disharmony factors that the female should abandon an economic independence and return to family, which has enhanced the female's difficulty in being employed and promoted. How to make them find the new foothold in the reemployment? This also needs the artifice carrying out vocational education on them, improving their technical ability. Thought studying the female vocational education in later Qing Dynasty, it has shown the significance for the female vocational education at present.
