The Re-construction Of Middle Vocational School's Organization And Culture In The View Of School's Administration

With the development of educational industry, middle vocational school(MVS) has changed from administration to management. But it is a unconscious management, and produce little effect of efficiency and benefit. The utilitarianism has great bad effect to school's reputation and recognition by society, and then affects the survival space. This article is from the view of culture; meditate with the present management and difficulties which middle vocational school is facing. Analyzing the reasons for unconscious situation is the lack of the guide of organization culture. Based on the explanation that the key point for the school success is school culture, this article proposed that we should reconstruct organization culture, which meets with school management, in order to lead the management into a standard and conscious route.This article analyzes the main problems which middle vocational school is facing, points out the main content in construction : first, define double value outlook, stress the value idea which can meet with middle vocational school idea; second, construct the whole procedure, making school running standard; third is deepen management idea, reform the thinking and behavior way of teachers and students.
