| The campus culture appears in the school’s long-term education activities and practice process,and is gradually perfected and formed along with the development of modern education.It is a kind of culture that displays the historical and cultural accumulation.In the campus,by creating a good atmosphere of campus culture,teachers and students can be infiltrated and influenced.For students’ ideology,learning attitude,life planning,value pursuit and so on,they have a good impetus to promote healthy and orderly development in the right direction.In our education system,higher vocational education is a very important part.With the rapid development of higher vocational colleges,the construction of campus culture has also begun to attract more and more attention.Currently,it is in the period of major strategic opportunities for the country’s cultural development and prosperity.For the higher vocational colleges,if they want to become first-class higher vocational colleges and first-rate universities,they must have profound historical and cultural heritage.,value recognition and unique university spirit.Therefore,it is indispensable to actively explore the construction of campus culture.Moreover,due to factors such as teaching conditions and characteristics of running schools in higher vocational colleges,the campus culture has a certain degree of particularity.Different from ordinary colleges and universities,the daily education of higher vocational colleges is a special type of education.When it is carrying out the construction of campus culture,it also needs to actively combine its own types of education and school-running characteristics,and it has distinctive distinctiveness.In the research process of this article,based on the above background,the relevant concepts of campus culture are introduced,the status quo and background of the campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges are analyzed,and the previous researches are reviewed and summarized.Furthermore,it analyzes the cultural construction of the Communist Youth League organizations and higher vocational colleges,and introduces the orientation and function of the Communist Youth League organization and the content and role of campus culture construction in higher vocational schools.In the research process of the article,Baoji Vocational and Technical College was also taken as an example to analyze the construction of campus culture.Through the analysis of the actual situation of the school,the necessity of the school’s campus culture construction and the specific measures in the construction process were studied.The achievements and existing problems in the cultural construction of the school were analyzed.Afterwards,according to the existing problems,the relevant strategies to improve the level of campus culture construction are proposed,including actively constructing the entrepreneurial culture of higher vocational colleges,giving full play to the college mission work characteristics,and building an information platform for the construction of campus culture.It is hoped that through the analysis of this article,we can help everyone to further enhance the importance of the importance and importance of campus cultural construction in higher vocational colleges.Through case studies,we will understand the current situation and existing problems in the construction of campus culture in higher vocational colleges,and look for appropriate solutions to provide some reference for the construction of campus culture in other higher vocational colleges. |
