Cultural Construction Of College Students' Organization

The students’ organization is an important part of colleges and universities organizations, playing an extremely important role. The Advice Given by CPC Central Committee&State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving College Students Ideological and Political Education has clearly pointed out that "In order to bring the college students’ organization into full play as a bridge in the ideological and political education of college students......The ideological and political education should be carried out by classes, associations or any other organizations to play the role of unifying, organizing, and educating students." The college students’ organization can effectively guide the students’ ideology and develop their ability to work, besides, it can make a contribution to the construction of a harmonious campus. College students’ organization culture can promote the construction of the students’ organization. Develop high-quality, far-reaching students’organization, and fully protect students’ rights and interests. Above all, enlarge the construction of organization culture, and guide the organization construction through scientific and systematic cultural construction with distinctive characteristics of the era.However, with the college large-scale expansion and the influence of western ideas, plus the absence of the construction of college students’ organization culture to various degrees, the construction of college students’ organization culture has a long way to go. Based on the significance of college students’ organization culture, this thesis offers a systematic study on it. Starting from the connotation of college students’ organization culture, this paper makes a systematic analysis of the achievements, main problems and influential factors in the construction of Chinese college students’ organization. The paper also explores ways to strengthen China’s College Students’ organization culture construction, and proposes some specific measures such as forming common values, identifying the core of cultural spirits, ensuring the operation, laying a solid cultural foundation, optimizing the external environment, creating a harmonious atmosphere, to improve the development of students’organization and enhance the effectiveness of college students’ ideological and political education.
