On the other hand, the improvement of teachers' quality and the system of management of three-grade curriculum provided the possibility of exploit of school-based mathematical curriculum too. After analyzing the theory of school-based mathematical curriculum: school-based teaching and research, mathematical teaching, curriculum , mathematical curriculum, exploit school-based mathematical curriculum, we designed a set of mathematical curriculum. This paper researches how we can form a stronger link between teaching and learning, how to embody mathematical thinking process in class and use it in solving problems, how to enable the textbooks more readable and more enjoyable for the students and then reach the school-based curriculums goal, everything is for the students, the teachers and the school, finally applying it in No.7 Middle School in Quanzhou. In the course of exploiting school-based mathematical curriculum, we should pay attention to some relationships:(1)we should analyze the resources of the country, schools and communities when selecting content of school-based curriculum .(2)we should also pay attention to teachers' independence and co-operation when compiling materials.(3)we'd better adopt versatile ways of evaluation.
