The Research About The Influence Factors Of Subjective Well-Being In The Group Of Postgraduate

In order to investigate the influence factor of subjective well-being,the research use the Multiple Happiness Questionnaire(MHQ) to investigate 500 postgraduate in Nanchang University,Jiangxi Normal University and Jiangxi University of Finance & Economics.By independent samples test,one-way anova,Reliability Analysis.Linear Regression,Data Reduction,we find that the reliability is good,so the result of this research is reliable.The result shows the subjective well-being of postgraduate is better than undergraduate.The importance of the influence factor to subjective well-being which from high to low are health, love, leisure, family atmosphere and financial condition.Grade and the time of career have great difference in subjective well-being.In order to improve the subjective well-being of postgraduate, there are some methods-.building the system of subjective well-being to measure subjective well-being;strengthen the education of psychology in postgraduate;making good communication with others;be confident to the future;trying new things and enlarge the range of interest and toward the financial condition reasonably.
