Educational fair is human society's dream and goal that man has been commonly seeking for. For a long time, man has been doing unlimited efforts in order to achieve it, and has won lots of achievements.Recently, academic circles discussed about the problem of educational fair for many times. They studied from the view of macroscopic, emphasized on the problem of educational resource fair, laid stress on the form of educational fair. However, there was not enough study from the view of microcosmic. In order to solve the difficulty of educational fair reasonably, and practice the dream of educational fair voluntarily. The writer studied the problem of educational fair of middle school classroom management. She concluded the sense of educational fair between west society and our country. She thought that the content of educational fair should cover three main hierarchies: fair of educational starting point, fair of educational procedure and fair of educational result. Among those fairs, the fair of educational procedure is the heart of educational fair concept. It is a kind of fair from the bottom. Moreover, It is more meaningful to students. Classroom management owns to educational procedure. Educational fair is reflected by classroom management. That is to say, we must take students' individualities as premise, taking corresponding individualized educational tactics according to students' different kinds of characters.
