| The women' s bodybuilding has been thriving since the 1980s. The Chinese athletes were famous for The frist of Women Bodybuilding in Asia. However, compared with the athletes of advanced world levels, we still have a long way to go. Women ' s bodyibuilding is an beneficial event to body and mind, not purely for training muscles. It should be distinguished from men' s bodybuilding and keep women' s characteristics so as to get a combination between health and grace. The training mode of Chinese women' s bodybuilding has always been the same as men' s and eventually makes it have a tendency of being manly .But because the form, function and physidogy of women' s body are different from men' s, if things go on like this, it will certainly affect their body health and exercise level. Trough the research of many years' training plans of the Chinese famous bodybuilding athlete Zhang Ping, this article analyzes the effect of these plans on her achievements and sums up its strong and weak points in order to provide reference to bodybuiling coaches and athletes.By using the methodologies of literature,intervirw,case study,mathe matical statistics and contrast analysis, this article analyzes ZhangPing' s many years' training plans profoundly and compares partial targets with our other Chinese excellent women athletes. It also combines a large amount of former theory and practices and gets the following conclusions:1 Trough the change of main physical target,special strength target and body form target, it tells that they keep increasing steadily in her whole training process. It is consistent with the change of achievement increase. It alse tells that the general and systematic training is the main reason of her advancement.2 Trough the change of main physical target,special strength target,body form target and achievement, it shows several obvious phases: primary phase (preparatory phase), middle phase (basic phase), advanced phase (promoting phase) .The time distribution of the three phases is consistent with the viewpoint of bodybuilding training theory and Chinese Bodybuilding Training Outline.3 During Zhang Ping's whole training process, both physical target and special strength target reached the upper line of bodybuilding standard value. It totally proves that Zhang Ping is an excellent athlete in physical and special strength targets innately and postnatally.4 Compared with Chinese excellent woman bodybuilding athlete Cao Xinli, Zhang Ping's physical training occupies a larger amount of proportion comparatively during her primary phase, but there is no obvious difference between their middle and advanced phases. While compared with Cao Xinli' s movement names of bodybuilding training in different phases, it is clear that in her primary and middle phases, Zhang Ping's use of bodybuilding movements is more than CaoXinli' s, there is no difference between their main movements. In her advanced phase, there' s no obvious difference in the choice of movement. It proves that Zhang Ping as the first women bodybuilding athletes is exploring in the choice of movements during her primary and middle phases.5 During Zhang Ping' s whole training process, the training load is consistent with the requirements of Chinese bodybuilding standard value. But weekly exercise amount is more than the standard value during her three phases. It is unseparable from her individual difference and her nutrient interference and recovery methods after traning. However, how much relationship between them awaits our further research. |
