| During the social reforming time, China's society has been taking the earth-shaking change from the economy, politics to the thought .The traditional farmer could not adapt the modern society's request .To cultivate high quality farmer who not only understand the legal and the democracy, but also understand the technique and management well, has been a imminent important matter. However , the organizations which undertake the countryside adult education in our country are now mostly in the situation with no fund, no teachers, and no students. In view of this kind of condition, this article proposes the theory that the higher agricultural colleges and universities should undertake the farmer education, and rely on their superiority to develop the farmer higher education and implement kinds of farmer trains, so that it can help the farmers to a way of self-confidence, self-reliance, self-reliant. This thesis has 4 parts.Chapter 1, Research background. China has been taking great Social reforms, which brings new demands for farmers. Facing such great challenge, farmers have to attain further education to change their traditional lives and ways of thinking. However, the situation is not so optimistic. Farmers' education is totally lacked.Chapter 2, Theoretical analysis of higher agricultural colleges and universities undertaking farmers education. Has analyzed the necessity and feasibility of higher agricultural colleges and universities undertaking farmers education, this thesis makes an object of undertaking farmers' education according to social demanding and individual farmer's needs. Based on this object, the thesis analyzes contents , ways, and organization forms of farmers education considering of characteristics of new farmers' study.Chapter 3, Practical analysis of higher agricultural colleges and universities undertaking farmers education. In this part, the thesis takes shanxi agricultural university as a case study, analyzes farmers higher education, technical education, poverty education, market principle part education and culture and general knowledge education one by one. Then the author gives her own opinion.Chapter 4, Some suggestion. Based on practical analysis above, the thesis puts forward some effective ways of undertaking farmers education in higher agricultural colleges and universities: serving the farmers, orientating the teaching object accurately, developing teachers' love for the farmers, reforming the recruitment system, and developing farmers training. Some external conditions such as fund, independence of recruitment, and changing the way of despising agriculture are also given to make the farmers education successful and smoothly. |
