The information technology becomes the major tendency of the world economic and the society development. As the core of the information technology, the network technology and the multimedia technology are developing the human creative ability today. In order to adapt this development tendency, our country has already determined the elementary and middle schools should bring the information technology education into line with the teaching programme. And also we should strengthen the conformity between the information technology and other curriculums simultaneously. "The information technology and the curriculum conformity" is the new view point which our century elementary education reform will face in the 21st century. The research and the implementation have established the good foundation for the students'main body and creative display, and also have caused the school education to be developed independently and characteristically. Constructing "leading - main body" structure is the goal of the information technology and the curriculum conformity, the core is we should promote the main body of study significantly . This article will analyze the content of the elementary school mathematics curriculum and "leading - main body" theory of our country. This article mainly constitutes by four parts. The first part gave the brief introduction about our country traditional elementary school mathematics content structure and the new elementary school mathematics curriculum content standard, and also analyzed the direction of the curriculum content reform. The second part gave the introduction of "leading - main body" teaching theory, including teaching structure concept, teaching structure essential feature, the three styles of teaching structure and "leading- main body" rationale. The third part analyzed the role change between the teachers and the students by using the new teaching structure, and also it proposed the principle and the pattern of the structure by giving the corresponding examples. The fourth part is the findings analysis.
