Studies Of Community Attachment And Urban Harmonious Community's Construction

As the constant deepening of economic system reform, the gradual promotion of urbanization and modernization, urban community construction is coming to be the basis and core of urban management and work. Community, as a new social basis organizational form in China's urban society, is gradually accepted by the great townspeople. Since the formal advancement of community construction by Ministry of Civil Affairs in 1991, community construction has undergone sixteen years and has shaped systematic frame, including community culture, community service, community education and so on. Community construction has achieved gratifying successes, and community's hardware facilities have been greatly improved. However, because of the insufficient attention to community consciousness during community construction, and people simply recognize community construction as a social economic phenomenon, community construction is falling into a wrong path. Just as Zhaojiachen say, our society is in the times of the community consciousness's double lost, the decline of traditional community consciousness and the infonning of modern community structure. Facing the situation, we should pay attention to the development of residents' community attachment.The subject of community is people. The quintessence of community is people. The purpose of community development is people. People-centered Principle is the soul of community construction and development. The essence of community attachment is community person research. It studies community from the angle of People-centered Principle. Among urban community research achievements, the most achievements solve the problem of the character, the function, the organization's installation of urban community. The researches on community attachment are lack and are limited in metropolis. So, they ignore residents' community attachment of small-medium cites. Therefore, it has quite theoretical and actual senses to the urban harmonious community construction to research on community attachment.The thesis is based on the present situation of our urban residents' community attachment. It focuses on the research of the community attachment of urban residents during the present transformation period of our society, analyses its influential factors, makes contrast analyses from two sides and makes first investigation. And I obtain some reference conclusions. I deny the current viewpoint—Modernization and Industrialization fundamentally weaken residents' community attachment and reach a conclusion that, to some degree, modernization and industrialization will strengthen residents' community attachment. Last, I am attempting to study the basis organization form under the new situation through the angles of "human being" and the community attachment of urban residents and raise the political propose about the development and improvement of community attachments.
