When the novice teachers enter the teachers' post, they will all usually experience a confused and critical stage which is called the novice teacher stage or entrance to service stage. This stage is a quite crucial time to novice teachers' entire professional career or specialized growth. In this stage, if we can understand the novice teacher's specialized demand, aim at the key point to novice teacher professional development and will take the reasonable development model, the novice teacher can pass smoothly "adaptive period entrance to service", which will build the solid foundation for later benign and fast development.In this paper, the research route is different from others, that is: First, the essay defines the terminology of the professional development of teachers at a theoretical study light, demonstrated the three dimensions of novice teachers' professional development. On the basis of analysis and comparison, divided the three dimensions into nine indicators II classification, which built a teacher survey questionnaire. Second, according to a survey of teachers in certain areas, use different statistical methods to analyze and understand different types of professional development of teachers and teaching quality of the three aspects in various stages of development and evaluation in different situation. Finally, we propose the principles which the novice teacher professional development should follow and the theoretical model on basis of the compare different types of teachers.This research divides into five parts:The first part is an introduction, including background, significance, mentality and method.The second part is the base of the research, including summarization of the theory and the essential concept definition. The third part is the design process of the research and the conclusion, including the process of designing questionnaire, selecting the sample, collecting the data, analyzing and dealing the data.The fourth part shows the principles and the strategies which we proposed on the basis of the questions discovered in the investigation;The last part is the deficiency and forecast. we mainly aim at reconsider about the research technique used in this research and the final conclusion, and propose the following research direction.
