Objective:Cholesterol is important in body. But, it will lead to many diseases such as hyperlipoidemia for overmuch cholesterol. Aerobic exercise can improve plasma lipid level effectually. The mechanism of aerobic exercise on cholesterol efflux regulation protein sisn't clear. This research studied the effect of aerobic exercise on rats'liver ABCA1mRNA and SR-BI mRNA.Method:52 male SD rats (190g-210g), were randomly divided into two groups: normal group (N, n=20) and high group (H, n=32). The H group was fed high-lipid-diet for 6 weeks to build hyperlipoidemia model. 27 rats were chosen out from H group, then divided into two groups: HS (n=12) and HE (n=15). The N group was divided into two groups too: NS (N=10) and NE (n=10). The HE group and NE group had swim for 6 weeks, 6 days per week: the 1st and 2nd week for 45 min, the 3rd and 4th for 40 min, the 5th and 6th for 90 min. After 6 weeks, the last swim, all rats were forbidden to eat for 12h.Then, to kill them, get plasma to determine TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C , get liver to determine ABCA1mRNA and SR-BI mRNA.Results:(1) After 6 weeks high-lipid-diet, The weight and Lee Index increased obviously. The plasma TC level was increased. After 6 weeks swim, the rats weight increased slowly, Lee Index decreased.(2) After 6 weeks swim , TC,TG and LDL-C are obviously decreased. But HDL-C increased. AI,TC/HDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C all decreased.(3) After 6 weeks swim, the exercise groups'ABCA1mRNA are higher than the non-exercise. HE and HS are higher than NE and NS.HS group'SR-BI mRNA of the liver is lower than NS, HE is lower than NS, HE is higher than HS.Conclusion:Aerobic exercise can increase ABCA1mRNA and SR-BI mRNA, and increase the cholesterol transport and excrete. So, aerobic exercise can oppose against the tendency that plasma lipid metabolic disorder for high-lipid-diet, which improve plasma lipid level.
