Recently, Portfolio Assessment is one of the focused research domains by Education Evaluation researchers. Since 1980s, Portfolio Assessment has been utilized widely as a kind of new evaluation method in the Education Evaluation Reform overseas. With the development of Information Technology, ePortfolio Assessment is coming into being, which basic ideology comes down in one continuous line with that of traditional Portfolio Assessment. Although this evaluation method has been brought into our country just a few years, under the big background of the Basic Education Curriculum Reform Portfolio Assessment has been accepted by lots of teachers and used, and now it becomes the apotheosis of Development Evaluation.Portfolio Assessment is one type of teaching strategies from a certain angle, Portfolio Assessment can effectively promote the integration of teaching and evaluation. Even as Valencia said in 1990, "the basic ideology of Portfolio Assessment is to regard evaluation as the indiscerptible part of teaching". This thesis hackles the correlative knowledge about Portfolio Assessment, introduces four ePortfolio Assessment web flats that can be used in teaching, and with the tutor of Constructivism learning theory and Development Evaluation theory, integrate some new elements, e.g. WebQuest, concept map, evaluation rubric and so on, put forward a teaching model of Primary Information Technology Curriculum based on ePortfolio Assessment, and then has been implemented in Shi mei Primary School of Chang shu City. The purpose of the model is in order to syncretize ePortfolio Assessment with teaching process, enhance students' ability of evaluation, cultivate students the habit of self-reflection, stimulate their interest in learning, promote exchanges and cooperation among students, and improve teachers Instruction Design standards.According to these research purposes, this thesis mainly completed following three aspects of work:Firstly, find out some web flats which can be used for ePortfolio Assessment in. teaching, then comparing and analyzing, and choose one appropriate flat as the experiment flat.Secondly, explain teaching goals of the teaching model, analyze each element included in this teaching model in detail.Thirdly, organize teaching practice based on this model and questionnaire, in order to check up and perfect this teaching model.In conclusion, this research offers beneficial reference for integrate ePortfolio Assessment into teaching practice.
