The Design And The Feasibility Analysis Of The "Three-self" Teaching Management Mode Of An-yang Institute Of Technology

After the publication of the PE course Teaching Guideline of National Normal Higher schools in August 6th ,2002, we nave made great progress in PE teaching revolution This makes each school give much concern to the P.E teaching modes and adopts new ideas new theories and new methods to make attempts and discoveries.This paper is set out from the real situation of Anyang Institute of technology through the comparison of teaching modes in and abroad to disclose the problems exist in our countrys P.E teaching modes with this basis we constricted the P.E teaching mode of Anyang Institute of Technology that is"three-self"teaching mode IN this paper we will mainly analyze three things:First the main problems of P.E teaching in Anyang Institute of technology①The contents cannot meet the students'need.②Students are not satisfied with the traditional teaching method.③Students are not satisfied with the teacher-centered teaching method.④students dislike the class teaching system.⑤P.E teaching doesn't fully play the role of instructing students to do physical exercise.⑥The usual teaching ignores the transmission of P.E knowledge and body-building methods and the development of the P.E. ability and culture.⑦The unobjectivity of the assessment frustrated some students'activity to take exercises.Second the characteristic of the"Three-self"Teaching mode students can choose programmed aborting to their own interests and then we can deeide which programmed we will set and at which time we will have classes an well as the teaching materials, this method can enhance the development of students'ability, make students feel the interests of P.E learning and satisfy their learning needs, this is a ideal teaching mode.Third, the Feasibitity of the"Three-self"Teaching mode According to the analysis of students'willing teachers resources, fields and equipment, programmed and the time arrangement. we think that the"Three-self"teaching mode is feasible in Anyang Institute of Technology It can't only enlarge the time and space of having classes, solve the shortage of field and equipment ,but also make full use of the teaching resources .This is a teaching mode that students are much willing to accept.
