No matter from the level of meaning or from the level of value,democracy always exits,develops and improves with the democratization of the society.Teaching Democracy is a social democratic governance in the teaching of philosophy,is a bright idea reflected in the classroom,is a management style that all members of the community of classroom instruction can participate in decision influenced all member of directly or indirectly,is a way to exchange experience freely and equally among members,is a way to unite life.Opposite of teaching democracy is teaching autocratic or teaching arbitrary.The core of teaching democracy,is the teachers and students in order to accomplish the task of teaching,realize the goal of teaching,reach each other's trust of effective teaching,consult together,participate in classroom instruction and management and from democratic consciousness and democratic spirit in this course,strive for classroom instruction community that builds democracy and lay the condition foundation in respects such as intelligence.It is embodied in the equality of the educational right and fairness of the education chance,the harmony of the teacher-student relationship in the teaching course,infiltration of democratic thought and democratic spirit and student's positive participation in classroom instruction and management."independence"is a practice principle of the teaching democracy,"participation"is the essence of the teaching democracy and"democracy kind"is the final purpose of teaching democracy.According to the essence of democracy of this teaching of"participation",the broadness that democracy will be participated in-participation personnel's number of teaching, the depth of participation-the abundance of participation course,and in the validity-the validity of the results of participation are that three of the democracy are linked degree as weighing teaching.In teaching,democracy mainly embodies in implement teaching and control teaching these two levels.The realization of teaching needs to meet the idea and realizing the condition,material guarantee condition,ability condition of the subject and norm restrict the terms etc.Finally,the application in teaching practice of idea of teaching democracy,exist essence and form,teaching efficiency is low or the teaching cost is too high and the majority of minority to questions etc.to be questions.
