Learning burnout is a kind of psychological state under study pressure. It is a certain tiring state ,in which a student cannot abate study pressure effectively or cope with the frustration in study properly. Learning burnout can influence the students' health and decline their study performance. Secondary vocational school students are in the important stage of body and mind development, facing the double stress in study and looking for job. To explore their learning burnout can enrich and enlarge the contents and fields in it. Furthermore,it also can provide them theoretic direction to improve their status quo in learning burnout.In this study,self-made secondary vocational school students'learning burnout questionnaire is compiled on the basis of interview and literature review, by which 504 secondary vocational school students in Suzhou city were investigated. By the method of exploratory factor analysis, this study establishes the learning burnout model of secondary vocational school students in Suzhou city, and analyzed the differences on learning burnout. Furthermore,this study explored the relationship between learning burnout and self-esteem. The results showed that:1. There are no significant differences in gender on learning burnout's amount and its three styles.2. For secondary vocational school students,grade two students scored higher in learning burnout amount and its three styles than grade one and three significantly. Although not so significantly,grade one bear a little higher learning burnout scores than grade three.3. The students who major in science scored higher in learning burnout amount and its three styles significantly than those major in arts.4. Students live in city scored higher in learning burnout amount and its three styles significantly than those live in country.5. Self-esteem has negative correlation with learning burnout amount and its three styles significantly. Self-esteem exerts a significant negative forecast function to the learning burnout's amount.
