The sense of academic self- efficiency refers to the individual has the ability of judgment and self-confidence to finish his school work successfully by himself. The learning burnout refers to the student feels emotional exhaustion, poor of humanization and the phenomenon of the diminished personal accomplishment, all these because of the course pressure, school work load, or other personal psychology factor during their study. Some research has shown that there exists remarkable correlation between the sense of academic self-efficiency and learning burnout; the higher learning burnout psychology is very common among the self-efficiency students who are low lever education students.However, more research depends on the college students and high middle school students, few researches depend on the secondary vocational school students especially the nursing students. This research chooses nursing students as the object to explore the nursing student’s sense of academic self-efficiency, the situation of learning tired, and the relationship between them. It will offer policy suggestion about improving teaching quality for some departments, and provide science basis and help for carrying out psychological guidance.This research used “ The questionnaire of the sense of academic self-efficiency sense ” which work out by Liang Yusong and “ The questionnaire on nursing students’ learning burnout” worked out by RenZhuni to do the questionnaire, and 307 students of Yuxi Health School are in grade one or two are to questionnaire and analyzed the data by using spss 22.This paper gets the following results: first, the sense of academic self-efficiency of nursing students is in middle level; there exists remarkable grade difference among the sense of academic self-efficiency, the sense of the ability of learning self-efficiency, the sense of the study behavior self-efficiency. The sense of academic self-efficiency and the sense of the ability of learning self-efficiency have remarkable difference of the father’s occupation. The sense of the ability of learningself-efficiency has obvious mother’s occupation. The nationality, sex, whether single-child, students’ hometowns, the education background before admission,parents’ educational level, school record, living expenses of the student doesn’t exist significant difference. Second, the nursing students’ learning burnout is in a lower middle level, and the low sense of achievement is the most serious thing of the three-dimensionality. Learning burnout and its three-dimensionality all exist remarkable grade difference. The low sense of achievement has remarkable difference whether its single-child. Learning burnout, low spirits and low sense of achievement has remarkable differences of students’ hometown. Improper conduct has remarkable difference of mother’s educational level, and also exists in living expenses. There are not remarkable difference of learning burnout’s nationality, sex, the education background before admission, parents’ educational level, occupation, and students’ school record.According to the research, in order to improve the sense of academic self-efficiency of nursing students of high vocational school, and reduce learning burnout, we suggest that the educator of nursing student adopt measures of enhancing learning self-confidence, improving the evaluation system, improving teaching method, guiding students to make reasonable study plan, making feasible study aim,family and school co-education, enhancing psychology health education measures.
