The 21st century is the era of Knowledge economy, is the era to need varied talents, the era of concerning personality development. Under this background, the world pays more attention to the education, young people's growth and development. As a developing modern country, China also promotes quality education, with the new curriculum reform like a raging fire, to train outstanding creative talent for the new era. Such difference teaching conforms to the trend of the times. It maintains humanism, learner-centered, learner differences as a beginning, and using new strategies of Goal division and flexible group-divided to deploy, different and flexible instruction and evaluation that fit students' characteristics. There is no lack of teachers' macro guidance, difference teaching is a light brightened for the new curriculum reform under quality education.Various methods such as systems approaches, comparison analysis are used in this paper. Based on the deep research about Differentiated Instruction and the differences between students, Differentiated instruction based on Network is presented. And the paper discusses the network environment structure and teaching design. Finally, teaching design and correlative case design are presented.There are seven parts in this paper. Introduction of the first part discusses issues to research and analyze the development present and problems of domestic and foreign., then expounds on the significance of the study, contents and methods.In the second part, the paper analysis the connotation and features of difference teaching, addresses the need of difference teaching from society, education and the modern didactics, and explains the teaching process in general. The third part totally analyzes the difference teaching's beginning--diversities of learners, raises main factors which influence study, the factors are: multiple intelligence, character, motivation and interest, learning styles, learners' readiness, then discusses the characteristics of these factors and their impact on learning.The fourth part present difference teaching based on the network. First, this part discusses the possibly potential lnternet support, then analysis the problems in network teaching at present, shows the practical significance of difference teaching. DI based on network is designed in part five and part six. The network environment is disigned in part V, it includes platform design, technical support network, and network resources design. The enviroment provides space and platform for different teaching. On the basis of the construction of environment, partâ…¥shows the difference eaching pattern based on network, and then, according to this pattern and the general instructional design process, this part design DI in Internet, involving several aspects such as learner difference investigation, teaching contents, teaching objectives, teaching tasks, teaching / learning activities. Learner difference investigation and teaching / learning activities are more important. Investigation focuses on the investigation methods and results analysis, teaching / learning activities discusses the teaching activities of teachers and the learning activities of learners. The main creative aspects of this paper are: analyzing totally the influence of the differed to learners' learning, studying particularly DI in Internet, designing a full implemented project of DI on Internet, expanding the range of DI from traditional teaching to network, provide new reference of method to pay attention to differences in students.
