Research Transformation On Contemporary University Students' Organization

With the changes of knowledge-based economy times, our country civil society, higher education reforms and college student's main body consciousness and outlook on values, the function of the student organization becomes more and more important. The student organization should change in time to adapt the development of the times need. With the new environment, to guide the student organization transform better, we should relocate its orientation and make its present and long-term goals.Based on education, political sociology and organization transforms theories, this research makes use of literature analysis, investigate and compare research methods to analyze the nature, the current development situation, the ambient reforming conditions and orientation and the corresponding tactics of college student organization.This research has the following viewpoints:The student organization is an informal group, it is promoted by primary group, it develops to secondary group gradually, and it's an informal organization and the citizen self-governing organization. The current student organizations have developed a lot while there still are some problems which restraints there furthers developments, such as the hiatus position of students'main body management; the limited capability in self-learning and self-development; the teachers'deficient guidance; the limited space for development and short of development resource. We think that"a learning community based on its self-development"should be the student organization transforms orientation. To achieve this goal, the student organization should build its core abilities; strengthen acting on self's own developing ability. The college should make a series of outside planning transformation firstly in choosing transform measures, such as policy and outlay guide and power transfer. The college should guide the college student organization who accords with times request and support actively, give up some power, manage different student organizations by different methods, make system innovation and build encouraged evaluation mechanism for student organizations. This research enriches student organizations research result, broadens student organizations study ken, it is helpful to reform, construct and develop student organization.
