At the last stage of 1990s, China's reform and open policy started. The entiresociety has had the earth-shaking change. To 90's last stages, the reform tidal currentaffects the countryside. The farmers are not fettered by the land any more and theystart to enter the city what is the people often saying the appearance of "the popularuprising".Following this tidal current, the simple dual structure between the city and thecountryside is broken. And a series of questions also produce along with it, includingthe topic of this research object-The children with grandparents in the rural. Theentire society has all given the high attention to this phenomenon.In recent years, some publication magazines article after article had reported thelife, the study as well as the psychologically healthy condition of "The children withgrandparents in the rural" which live in each place. Everyone think that "The childrenwith grandparents in the rural" can not become "the sacrificial victim" for farmersincreasing the family fortunes and becoming rich. They all appeal the entire societyshould pay attention to this special community phenomenon. Under this situation, thegovernment has appeared a series of measures, improving the rural educationenvironment, enlarging the education investment, moreover, opening the agriculturallabor dependent's school in the city, where more children can accept the formal schooleducation.Education is the human eternal phenomenon and the cultural carrier, whichrealizes the human society culture inheritance and the conformity method. As thesocial heredity, the education importance is self-evident. Theoretically, the educationmay be divided into the regular education and the informal education. The so-calledformal education is referring to "the school education".
