Who Will Listen,the Narrative Analysis Of The Grandparents' Experience And Feel Who Have To Foster Their Left Behind Grandchildren

The left behind children are those whose parents are migrant workers or one of them goes out to work,the other side is not guardianship,they can't live together with their parents,and they are less than sixteen years old.Under the conditions of parents' inability to guardianship,89.3% of the rural left behind children were raised by their grandparents.In the process of continuous development of society,the concern of the left behind children is increasing.In the central government care left-behind children service project,I understand that these assume parenting responsibilities left-behind children caregivers-grandparents heart have many stories to tell,there are many emotions need to vent and express.The average age of the population is too large,the sons and daughters are not around.This paper mainly discusses the family left-behind children with divorced parents,this kind of left-behind children's caregivers--mentality of grandparents,through the narrative way,to help ease the pressure of social work with grandparents,grandparents to guide the way to express yourself,listen to their stories,the release of pressure.At the same time,it analyzes the views of the grandparents of the left behind children and so on to understand the meaning behind their actions.Narration is the description and explanation of actions other than those of other human beings.People turn their lives into narrative forms in order to understand their lives.In the same way,people use narration when they try to understand the life of others.Based on the humanistic care as a guide,with the qualitative research,by the central finance demonstration projects left-behind children's grandparents as the service object,through literature review and interview,collect the service object data,analysis of the service object to the service object for classification.In the interview,we should guide the release of pressure from the service objects,listen to the stories of the service subjects,and release the grandparents of these left behind children,helping to sort out the meaning behind their actions.
