| Labor is basis for human beings' survive and developments. It is very important to study the labor life, And at present, there are a few special studies on the labor life and also a few completely acceptable theories. As the part of Daur minority, the women's work life study is a new research field, and this study will provide an valuable case for feminist human research work.The thesis consist of three parts, namely introduction ,main body and conclusion.In Introduction ,the author simply introduced the significance, research methods and related research situation of the study. Chapter One discusses general condition of the Daur ethnic group and the Daur' s woman . Chapter Two explores the change of work life of the Daur's woman from two periods : from the establishment of People's Republic of China to the 1978, and from the China practice the opening-up policy and modernization. Chapter two analyses and discusses the current life and labor situation of Daguri women based on the practical research of Yidehe countryside in Molidawa autonomous banner. In conclusion presented the characteristics of the change about the work life of Daguri women's in countryside area from People's Republic of China.
