At present, the number of mobile population, mainly made of rural migrants, is increadly continuously. The problem of education for the children of rural migrants is becoming more and more serious, But the educational policy made by the government is not carded out efficiently. So it is necessary and realistic to study the educational problem for the children of rural migrants, and look for the solutions to the difficult situation in compulsory education for the children of rural migrants.Based on theoretic analysis, the thesis gives emphasis to verification research. Following the logical steps of proposing a problem, analying the problem and solving the problem, the thesis first quotes the present policy of education for the children of rural migrants, the guide to education for the children of rural migrants, and the difficult situation in carrying out the policy for those who have interests in the work. And then the thesis analyzes the reasons and causes concerned. Finally the thesis puts forward the solutions to the problems. We think that the difficult situation in the educational policy for the children of rural migrants is policy for that the laws and regulations are not perfect, the educational in vestment is not regular, and there is self-benificatin of the local governincut, and there is also the rural migrants, behavior of selecting schools. While the policy guide of solving the problem with public schools located in the citics where the rural migrants flow in is not feasible. Therefore, to solve the educational problem for the children of rural migrants, we should make scientific educational policy, Strengthen the government's responsibility, advocate social equality and try an quickly as possible to put the problem for children of rural migrants into the compulsory educational system, under the guiduce scieutific development.Because of the restraint of the author's capability and research conditions, this research is not comprehensive and concrete enough, and the corresponding solutions are not practicable enough as well, so further research is still needed.
