"By studies discusses teaches"is the brand-new classroom instruction appraisal idea which this elementary education curriculum reforms proposed. In fact the quality judge by the student learning, according to the student whether learns easily, whether learn independence, whether will learn, whether master to evaluate the quality of classroom teaching which is good or bad. This appraise view is the guarantee to the classroom teaching quality which takes student as center. A new round of national compulsory educational reform emphasizes on the main body of students. It advocates three kinds of main learning methods which are learning independently, cooperation learning and learn by exploring. Now, classroom teaching still is that the way with "cramming education", the "force-fed duck" is in progress mainly. Then student's studying can only accept knowledge passively mainly. So, we put forward the topic of"The research on the teaching in chemistry classroom under the appraisal view of'By studies discusses teaches'".According to the theories of "by studies discusses teaches" the new curriculum classroom appraisal , construction doctrine and the learning commenting on a relevance, in view of the chemistry tradition classroom teaching and student's study present situation in middle-school, being tied in wedlock melt the discipline characteristic and the new high school chemistry course standard, summarizing from experience and applying theory, we have constructed the teaching tactics under the appraisal view of"By studies discusses teaches":(1) Creates relaxed, equal, harmonious classroom atmosphere, lets students study easy and pleasant.(2) Stimulates the interest of the students to study chemistry, develop the source studying driving force.(3) Believes the students can study, provides the space and time of independent study for the student.(4) Reinforces the guides of learning method, let the students learn to study.(5) Organizes the students to study in cooperation, construct knowledge significance all round.(6) Guides the students to inquire into independently with has the significance to accept the study organic synthesis, constructs the knowledge significance effectively. On all above theory idea basis, we carried out an experiment research on the students of grade one class 297 and class 298 in the Tian Dong senior middle school for 5 months and took 4 teaching example to illustrate it. We used the SPSS software to count and analysis the experiment data and the statistic result shows that: The students from experimented class are better than that of students in traditional teaching class and there are extremely significant differences between them in the aspects of chemistry academic record, chemistry classroom atmosphere, the chemistry independent study, chemistry study method. Furthermore, we took a qualitative evaluation for the students by chatting with them. It shows that: it makes the student be relaxed, independently in studying, let the students learn to study and learn with the teaching tactics in chemistry teaching. So we can draw the following conclusions: the teaching tactics under the appraisal view of"By studies discusses teaches"are effective and feasible.According to the teaching theory and the teaching experience, we discuss the reasons why the tactics of cultivating students'ability of conjecture and hypothesis are effective and feasible and the problems and the deficiency in the research process. At the same time, we propose several corresponding teaching advices.Due to the limited theory and practiced experiences of the researcher and the limited time of the research, the conclusions should be tested and perfected further.
