"Teaching with textbooks"is a kind of concept advocated by the new curriculum reform, which requires teachers to pay attention to connect the contents of teaching, teaching methods with students'actual situation, to enhance, on the one hand, their deep interpretation of teaching, to organize, on the other hand, creative materials, and to choose creative teaching methods, on the basis of mobilizing students interest, constructing common knowledge of students and teachers, training the students to think mathematically, loving mathematics ,consciously using mathematics to solve the practical problems in life and promoting students'learning and development.The author is a teacher who is teaching the fourth-grade math and using the experimental textbooks published by Beijing Normal University Publication House, so this study is an action one of the author's teaching with textbooks. The author explain her"teaching with textbooks"mainly from the creation of scenes, examples and exercises teaching .By many means the author creates and selects scenes with mathematical problems, related to the students'real life and interests, in order to attract the attention of students, to arouse the interest of the students, and to trigger awareness of the problems of students.In my teaching, the examples are often placed in scenes of problems through a variety of teaching methods so that students can acquire knowledge of the circumstances, learn the content of the initial comparison, analysis, synthesis, abstract generalization of the simple issues of judgment and reasoning, and can develop the agility and flexibility to their thinking.Thinking of the fourth grade students is in the transitional stage from the abstract visual thinking to the logic, so consolidation to knowledge through exercises is only one aspect of learning, and the other important task in this age of the students is the use of such thinking training as comparison , summarizing , reasoning, Comprehension to develop their logical thinking. This writer trains students to draw the concept maps, general plans and map segments through exercises teaching , to systematize the knowledge, to develop the ability and to promote their thinking development.In the fulfillment research in a year, the writer thinks "teach with the teaching material" is to take textbook as blue origin, create sexual usage teaching material. In the north teacher version the teaching material, creation's using teaching material is the scenario whichestablishes to come close student's life, canning stir up a student to consider a scenario of investigating the problem, then carrying on the teaching of an and exercises in these scenarios, let the student's better geography solve and control the contents learned, promoting the thinking ability develop.
