Harmonious society in socialism is an important aspect and contents in Chinese characteristic. It is a new important target put forward by our party and our people under the new historical conditions. Harmonious social development must make people the center,inheriting with and expanding the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation,growing the new culture in socialism that has the time spirit. This put forward the new mission for the quality education on the thought morals. The qualities on the thought morals,on the one hand,stands for commissarial philosophy of life and a view of worth . On the other hand,it is also an important part with traditional culture of Chinese nation,the time spirit,the civilization essence of the world and scientific method,The power of the educational function and the ideal morals in its humanities loading are a motive on students'spiritual life and emotion education to develop with the intelligence. The quality education on the thought morals decides the directions of people's development. And it's also the education on encouragement. It's a main outlet to thought morals and quality education. The new characteristics appeared to the junior high school students in our country,about the thought moral qualities with the thorough development of the reformation and opening. Studying the new method on the moral quality teaching and the teaching art about the junior high school students under the new situation is the urgent but important mission for the moral quality teachers. This essay draft a few research subjects through many years'lesson changes,guided by the related theories,in tallying up the empirical foundation and a lot of practice through a flood of classroom teaching. I did some of the trials through the study of teaching cases,canalizing the cultural heritage data and observing the studying and living condition etc. The essay is divided into three parts:一,The necessity to increase the junior high students'thought moral qualities.二,The present conditions and the causes of the problems about the thought morals that junior high school students have.三,The strategy improving the students'thought moral qualities.
