The eighth courses reformation in our country is a great change in the educational development process, which brings unprecedented challenge and impact to teachers as well as the students. The new concept, teaching material, and new teaching method will surely conflict with the outmoded elements within the traditional teaching mode. Consequently, the teachers, as the direct participant of the reform process, will necessarily change their familiar teaching ways. The teachers then have to give up the old teaching mode before the establishment of the new one, which puzzles many teachers. Although the guidance on some theories and practice have been provided by some educational experts and researchers, the person who first encounters this problem is the teacher. This determines the close relation between a teacher and the new course, that is, whether their educational concept and educational psychology are adapted to the new teaching method, to a large extent, determines the success of the reformation. Therefore, we should actively react to the maladjustment of the teachers, in order to promote the smooth development of the course reformation.New concept is the guide of the reform, and the soul of taking action. Therefore the teachers should establish the new concept as soon as possible in order to throw themselves into courses reformation successfully. The maladjustment of the teacher is embodied in the transition and reconstruction of teachers'view on the students, the course, the teaching, and the evaluation; the incompatibility of the teacher's psychology is shown in the painful sense of teacher's self-negation, the anxiousness of unqualified teaching; the uncomfortable sense of the new-type teacher-student relationship. The teaching practice is the experiment field of the teaching theory and concept, and is the core of different educational problems. The incompatibility of teacher's teaching behavior is shown in the integration of teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching method and teaching intelligence. This thesis proposed the countermeasures from teacher's educational concept, teacher's psychology and teaching behavior, in order to promote the development of the basic course reformation.
