Research On Teaching Styles Of Teacher Of P.E Department In Henan Province General Colleges

The research of modern teaching will develop depth , many new domain entered PE teaching .it is a good example teaching styles received more attentions. A teacher without individuality wasn't raised students who have individuality. The patternizing education limits creative individuality development. Respecting individuality is wisdom of education and teacher's responsibility. The talented person, specially, the outstanding talented person inevitably requests to holds bestows and bright individuality. Teaching of tradition neglect research of teaching individuality, this lead to deficient of teaching styles theory.As a big province of cultural, the PE department has heavy responsibility which raise elementary and middle schools sports teachers of Henan Province, the quality of teachers relates to result of primary and junior high school. Raising talented person of PE, needed the teacher who have the special teaching style. Teaching styles of Henan Province PE department directly affected quality of teaching and teaching styles of students who graduated from Henan province PE department, affected PE teaching quality of elementary and middle schools and development of PE enterprise.The author carried on the real diagnosis to the Henan province of PE department teaching styles with the literature material law, the survey procedure, the mathematical method of average, the logical analytic method. The author discussed definition, classification, characteristic of teaching styles and analyzed difference factors, and proposes reasonable proposal for our province .the conclusion drawn by this research are as follows:1. The main characteristics of physical department teacher's teaching styles in Henan province are: favor legislative, judicial, internal, liberal, out of favor local, external, global, conservative.2. There are no differences of teaching styles in difference school record and teacher of theory and technical.3. It affected teaching Styles of teacher of PE department in sex, teaching senority, professor different special, title, outstanding teacher title, school type.
