Research On Fostering The Entrepreneur-like Talents In Higher Vocation Education Of Shandong Province

Higher vocational education for entrepreneur-like talent is not only concerned with higher vocational colleges but also with scientific research departments, enterprises and governments. It's definitely a system engineering of educational, technological and economic integration. It emphasizes the importance of the system and organization in promoting higher vocational education for entrepreneur-like talent, which is very important to reforming China. It will become the significant tool of guiding economy and technological system reform. This research mainly have two practice value: on the one hand, it provides the reference for the vocational colleges to change their thoughts, purpose of running school, to increase profit and foster talent; on the other hand, it makes students acquire the systematic exploiting consciousness, exploiting spirit, exploiting quality and ability, and so creates conditions for them to become such talents as quick as possible.Firstly, it is to study the effects that high vocational education acts on the factors of entrepreneur-like talents and their mutually effective style. It also studies the effectiveness of the system. That is if it can effectively promote the knowledge production, spreading and use. This research mainly contents on studying entrepreneur-like talent as well as its relationship with knowledge economy. Secondly, it defines the concept of entrepreneur-like talent and studies the feature of entrepreneur-like talent,their integrated quality and personal character, and also their function and component. Then, it gives a research on the current situation of entrepreneur-like talent in Shandong province including the whole situation,the area distributing situation,industry distribution and structure,age structure,culture structure and so on. Then, it studies the requirement situation about entrepreneur-like talent. And then, on the basis of researching result, it studies the fostering of higher vocation education in Shandong province to the entrepreneur-like talent, and gets my own result: the fostering direction and way of entrepreneur-like talent.Its value is forming the effective way for vocational colleges to create entrepreneur-talent in order to direct their running schools and advance the development of vocational colleges. In the end, it offers some suggestions for the government to take them as reference.
