The Analysis On The Reform And Of The Human-oriented Students' Status Management System In Institutions Of Higher Education

With the constant promotion of the inner reform of higher education management system in our country, the focal point of the reform is being turned to the management system reform of the university, of which students' status management system has been considered as important content. During the reform of over 20 years, the management system has been improved and optimized comparatively, but there are problems, such as the pagoda-shaped institutional framework, centralized management mode and management system characterized lacking flexibility, are still in need of improvement.The current students' status management system, in some sense, lacks humane care to the students, ignores the cultivation of students' individual characters, and is short of distinguishing features of each university. Considering the constructing process, the formation of the students' status management system shows inadequate respect of the democratization and the jural relationship between the school and the students. In addition, the transparency and standardization of the executing process are insufficient. In order to regulate the system on the basis of modern civilization and legal consciousness, we should spare no efforts to abandon the previous compulsory students' status management ideas, guarantee the scientific nature of the system and promote the legalization of the execution process.Consequently, as for the institutions of higher education, it is strategically meaningful to figure out the target and proper means to cultivate the very kind of competent people needed. As the global economic and social development has newly become the trend of the time, the domestic strategy of invigorating the country through science and education has been curtained up. Furthermore, the scientific development concept and the goal of constructing socialist harmonious society have been presented. With all the above-mentioned factors, the further development of higher education and the value orientation of the management in universities and colleges have been gradually revealed. On account of this, the transformation of the modern management pattern from the economy-oriented to the humane-oriented is inevitable, which is the rudder of the students' status management system reform and the only choice for the development of the higher education in China.
