Research On Value Orientation Of Modern University Teachers' Management System: From The Perspective Of University' Organizational Characteristics

Modern university teachers' management system is an essential part of modern university management system. From the perspective of value orientation, this article focuses on rational value orientation and factual orientation of modern university teachers'management. In the last past of this article, some measures are proposed to return rational value orientation.This paper is divided into seven parts:Chapter 1 is an introduction, includes research context, aims, contents, methods and so on.Chapter 2 is a definition on several core conceptions, such as modern university teachers'management system.Chapter 3 is a fundamental part of this article. Rational value orientation are proposed on the basis of university' organizational characteristics. Analysis framework are also proposed, according to which factual value orientations are made.Chapter 4 is a research on factual orientation of university teachers'system past 60 years.Chapter 5 is a research on present factual orientation of university teachers' system.Chapter 6 is a research on factual orientation abroad, include America, Germany and Japan.Chapter 7 is an analysis on the reasons of inconsistent of rational value orientation and factual value orientation. It also proposes some measures to recover rational value orientation in this part.
