In this article, what I study is "the phenomenon of discriminating against Henanese". Based on the results of bibliography research, the research begins with the question of "whether Henanese are discriminated against or not?". On the basis of many empirical researches, I find out the essence of the phenomenon of "discriminating against Henanese" is a social bias of being constructed. The basis is only one the public discourse games under the multiple factors.Based on questionnaire survey, document analysis and in-depth interviews, the paper try to find out the origin and the social root of "the phenomenon of discriminating against Henanese" from the perspectives of "Identity", "Class" and "Power". In the article, I will explore the reconstruction process of "the image of Henanese " from some angle as "Identity", "Social status", "Relations with local residents" of out-home Henanese and "the local residents' evaluation on Henanese." And then, the paper will talk about the influence of "Identity", "Social status", "The Discourse Right" and "The culture model of Henanese" in the process of construction of "the image of Henanese". On the foundation, I will also explore the Cultural Psychology of public behind "the phenomenon of "concern Henanese" and the relations between the psychology and social class.The research can provide a new perspective to understand "the phenomenon of discriminating against Henanese" .It not only can reveal the true social causes behind "the phenomenon of discriminating against Henanese" but also be able to provide a realistic path to understand and reveal the operating rules of contemporary Chinese social culture.
