On The Technical Status Quo And Countermeasure Of The Aerobic Gymnastics Backup In China

With the rapid technical development of the international aerobic gymnastics, FIG aerobic gymnastics code of point 2005-2008 has proposed higher request for Aerobic gymnastics technical development. Despite the fact that the competitors in China have already stood, in the partial categories, on the highest award platform in the world, there is an apparent disparity in the gymnastics reserve forces in China, compared with the world advanced countries. This paper makes an overall evaluation in the routines of Chinese competitors in the 2^nd international aerobic gymnastics age groups competition, through the analysis of the literature data, the questionnaire, the contest scene and video data, and through the comparison with the champion competitors, aiming at finding out the technical disparity. Meanwhile, through the survey over the basic situation of the young athletes in aerobic gymnastics, the paper also aims to explore the problems in the development of gymnastics among Chinese youngsters so as to propose the relevant countermeasures for the technical improvement of gymnastics. The conclusion can be summarized as follows:1.The overall weak technical levels of age group two in China, will affect the continuous high-level development of aerobic gymnastics. Therefore, great importance should be attacked to the training of athletes among this age range.2.In light of the whole composition of routines, the gap is bigger with champion competitor. It is appropriate for the increase in the linking times of transformation from standing to the elements on the floor. When ensuring the execution of the difficulty elements, it is appropriate to increase the non-difficult linking elements of jump and leap for fully presenting the power.3.The artistry of the physical interaction is far from enough in China; the physical interaction is too simple, it lacks for the artistic flavor and the presentation of the cooperation between teammates.4.ccording to the technical statistics of the execution of elements, from the overall view, there is no large gap with the champion team. But in some categories, the disability in physical power of Chinese competitors leads to the big mistakes. And in groups, it is necessary for the individual members to strengthen the technical standardization and the controlling power in case they may make such mistakes as the incomplete turns or twists and the floor-touching.5.The Trios in groups has a large disparity with the competitors around the world in the difficulty value of routines, the quality of execution of elements and the synchronization. Therefore, more time and energy is needed for Chinese trainers in Trios.6.The contraction of aerobic gymnastics base in China impels the development of gymnastics among the youth. Although the young competitors have had specialized foundation, there are few aerobic gymnastics competitions for the youngsters each year. Besides, the development of aerobic gymnastics is backward in the western region of China. The proportion between men and women athletes among youngsters is imbalanced. And there is insufficient daily training time for the athletes.7.In China, the Aerobic gymnastics coach among young people takes the Chinese youth as a main force, they are full of passion and energy. They obtain the high school record. But they are inexperienced not only in teaching their specialized skills but also in the aerobic gymnastics training and the comprehension of the rules. Furthermore, the few training class for the high-level trainer affects the enhancement of the trainer's teaching ability.
