This article focuses on the low efficiency of present situation of history teaching in high school. Based on the classroom instruction microscopic domain and the historical teaching theory, this article mainly discusses how high school history teachers carry out the effective teaching strategy and achieve the teaching goal.This article consists of four parts:The first part: this article gives a brief introduction of research background, research present situation, the significance and the methods as well. The second part: this article points out the effective teaching implication and its characteristic, proposes the effective basic ideas of high school history teaching, sets up science teaching ideas, grasps the characteristic related to the historical study, and carries out the historical effective teaching strategy. The third part: this article proposes the effective teaching conditions of high school history. The new curriculum has provided the new turning point for the effective teaching. Teacher's teaching ability development is the safeguard of effective teaching. The fourth part: this article proposes the effective teaching strategy of the high school history in terms of the teaching preparation, teaching implementation and teaching appraisal. In teaching preparation, the article mainly considers the teaching goal, the course contents, the teaching process, and the teaching methods, also analyzes the preparation of the students which may have done. In classroom teaching, the article mainly discusses the behavior strategy, the inquiry behavior strategy, and the discussion behavior strategy. In teaching appraisal, the article points out the basic ideas, the basic principles of the high school history teaching under the new curriculum. The article explains the commonly used effective classroom instruction appraisal strategy in terms of the elementary knowledge appraisal, the classroom activity appraisal and the multiplication appraisal. The article has given many examples. It is operational and it will be certain to offer a lot of instructions to the effective history teaching in high school.
