Research On School P.E Course In The Perspective Of Life

School physical education (P. E) itself is a career whichis about life and to elevate life. Therefore, how to make liferadiate and grow strong is a compulsory duty of modern schoolP.E. However, as school P.E. content with purpose andarrangement, "course" (To, make it convenient to explorethe problem, the course referred to in this article means theP.E. course in primary and junior middle schools.), in thepractice, this causes such phenomena as neglecting theexistence of students' life, it is somewhat related to ourlongtime lack of concern about life in the course. Based onit, combining oriental and western understanding of life, thisarticle attempts to decipher the original meaning of life:analyzing the relationship between P.E and life; exploring therich life connotation of the P.E course in primary and juniormiddle schools.Man is a concrete and integrate life existence consistingof natural life, social life and spiritual life. P.E isintimately related to life essence. With the focus on lifeitself, the curricula of PE in school are supposed to becharacterized by emphasizing the subject's experience,health and reactions between the subjects, life transcendence,integration and generation are the characteristic connotationof modern P.E course. Thus, great attention should be paid tostudents' life, display life rhythm and dynamism in P. E course.On the basis of this, it is believed that it is under the theinfluence of science and the temptation of utility that thesplit of P.E course and students' life occurs and thus thecourse is losing the vigor and meaning of life. Finally, through profound reflection, on the basis of deepunderstanding of life, from the perspective of concerningabout life, definite blueprint of P.E course is conceived and"let the course radiate the dynamism of life" becomes ourbest wish.
