Considered from the construct of pedagogy, it is deemed as a mature and complete subject. But observed from another aspect, it starved for new material and new research ways. This article states the evolvement of the pedagogy's research method, and then analyses the cause of methodology turnaround. Moreover, I put forward the new methodology of education research, that is, building the meaning from life world. My purpose is to achieve the link of humanist methods and the positivism ones. The new methodology admits the subjective character of educational research. It concerns about individual and his sentiments and think much of the individual's apprehension about education activity and phenomenon. It try to achieve the communion of theory and praxis life. In other word, it never opposes the applying of positivism. Because education is the activity of human-beings, its complexity and levity determines the difficulty of looking after rules. And it is impossible to consider principles and rules as the purport of education research. Creating the theory from life world will combine the intuition and logos, and make the pedagogy knowledge according with the objects.In the first part of this article, I analyse the characteristic of the scientific methodology. In the second part, this article investigates the track of philosophy and sociology, and validates the rationality of the new methodology. This new methodology emphasizes the understanding of life world, and calls for the attention for individual and his sentiments. And it will help us grasping the real being of human and things. In the third part of the article, I analyse the characteristic of the new methodology. Felling on the new methodology, the fourth part analyses the teachers' professional stress. I choose some elementary school, and try to find out the cause and the status quo of the teachers' stress. My purpose is to make a new explain for it, which can offer the rationality for the new methodology.
