School choice in elementary and secondary education is theissue that many people pay close attention to in the educationalcircles of our country. Although opinions vary in the society andthe academia, there isn't an effective way to solute it yet bynow. For the sake of looking for the solution to the problem, theauthor cast a sight on the USA. The system of school choice inthe USA has existed for many years, and accumulated abundantexperience. This thesis tries to understand America's schoolchoice system thoroughly, and analyze our country's phenomenonof school choice and compare the two, and use the implementationexperience of America's school choice system for reference, basedon it, I come up with the countermeasures to improve school choicemechanism in our country.The thesis includes 6 parts.Chapter One: Introduction.
